Dr. Suleiman Furmli
Dr. Furmli is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has dedicated much of his career to serving new immigrants and refugees. Recognizing the limited formal education in Travel Medicine during medical training, he pursued extensive self-directed learning to provide the highest standard of pre-departure care. In 2018, he became a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM), and in 2022, he earned the Certificate of Travel Health. Passionate about global exploration, Dr. Furmli combines his love of travel with his medical expertise—helping patients prepare for safe and healthy journeys around the world.
Dr. Afeef Subhani
Dr. Subhani has been a valued member of our team for over 10 years. An International Medical Graduate with a strong background in independent medical practice, he brings extensive expertise in emergency medical management and patient care. Known for his leadership and teamwork, Dr. Subhani plays a key role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and patients receive the highest standard of care. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and staying active through sports.
Victor
Victor has been a dedicated member of our clinic team for many years. A retired physician from Kenya, he brings a wealth of medical knowledge and experience to his role. After moving to Canada, he earned his certification from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science, further expanding his expertise in patient care.
Victor values connecting with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and is known for his warm, approachable nature. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and going for long walks in nature.
Yalda Mansuri
Yalda co-founded the clinic alongside Dr. Furmli and has been instrumental in its growth and development. With expertise in business strategy, clinical operations, and marketing, she plays a key role in shaping the clinic’s services to better serve the community. Her leadership focuses on expanding access to high-quality care while ensuring efficient management and sustainable growth. Deeply committed to supporting vulnerable populations, Yalda is especially passionate about improving healthcare access for refugees and immigrants. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her children, engaging in charitable initiatives, travelling, and staying active with her family through sports.
Zainab Raz
Zainab is a senior member of our leadership team and serves as our Clinic Coordinator. She plays a key role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and delivers exceptional patient care. Zainab is highly regarded for her ability to lead with both professionalism and empathy, fostering collaboration across our diverse team. Passionate about working with people from all backgrounds, she thrives on new challenges and continuously seeks ways to improve clinic operations. Outside of work, Zainab enjoys designing multicultural apparel and exploring new destinations around the world.
